While it’s best suited for first time buyers (homeowners and investors), any purchaser that would like a more rigorous understanding of key background points ahead of a potential acquisition would benefit from this session. WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE SESSION? > The most important part of the session will be your input on where you are in your journey and what you’d like to focus on > The session will usually consist of a brief presentation of the state of the UK resident property market with key data points and helpful info for first time buyers > The session is run using Zoom since this allows us to present slides that you should find useful. As such, you’ll need to be able to use Zoom from your communication device, however we can just use a voice call if you prefer > The aim of the info provided is to make you better informed of the property market backdrop as you progress your journey WHO GIVES THE SESSION? > The service is managed by the BPN Team.
